I would like to take this opportunity to apologize once again for any distress as well as inconvenience these actions have caused.
To ensure The Walton is a successful business in the years to come we are undertaking a substantial investment program both in the infrastructure of the hotel and also the staff and management systems. We have just completed a large kitchen upgrade and changed our suppliers that will significantly improve the quality of our food and beverage operation.
We are working hard to ensure our guests have the best possible experience when they stay with us and we hope that many of you will be able to witness the transformation over the coming months."
