Dear customers, 

 

With the number of Coronavirus cases continuing to rise in the UK, we are writing to reassure you that we have carried out a number of measures to help protect both our patrons and staff, whose wellbeing is our number-one priority.

We continue to regularly brief our staff on the latest advice from Public Health England and our team members are fully aware of the importance of ensuring that best hygiene practices are followed throughout our hotel.

 

Our team members are observing the highest hygiene standards, including regular hand washing, cleaning surfaces and checks of the toilets, further to this we have temporarily closed some of our hotel rooms to ensure the ones remain open can be deep cleaned each day.

 

We are working hard to minimise disruption to our customers as much as possible, while at the same time taking sensible precautions to protect people’s health.

We continue to assess the situation daily and have closely aligned ourselves with the latest government advice and guidance.
